What We Do Not Allow

This document gathers in one place what you may and may not do with the Service. It says the same thing as Article 4 of the Terms of Service; where the two conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. Photographs you may upload — Only photographs showing your own face, or photographs for which every person shown has given express permission. You confirm this on the upload screen before an order can proceed.

2. Photographs you may not upload — (1) Photographs of another person without their permission. (2) Photographs of children or minors. This includes anyone who appears to be a minor, whatever their actual age. (3) Photographs of public figures, celebrities or any other real person used without that person’s permission. (4) Photographs of people taken from someone else’s copyrighted work.

3. What you may not do with the results — (1) Impersonating a real person, or making it appear that someone did something they did not do. (2) Spreading false information, defamation, or harassment. (3) Producing sexually explicit or violent content. (4) Commercial use without a separate agreement (Terms of Service, Article 5(1)).

4. What the Company does not do — The Company does not independently reuse your photographs or results on its website, social media or advertising, train artificial intelligence models with them, or sell them to third parties. Results are private by default. Your portrait, office and grade become public only when you create a share link. Section 3-1 of the Privacy Policy explains what is shared, how sharing stops and when it expires; section 5 covers model training.

5. If a violation is confirmed — The Company may stop a confirmed violating order without notice (Terms of Service, Article 4(1)). What happens to the payment for a stopped order is governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Where the violation breaks the law, it is handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Reporting — If you believe your face has been used without your permission, or you find any other violation of this document, please tell us at hanbok@theblackmore.shop. When we receive a report we check the order concerned, and destroy the results as soon as the violation is confirmed. You do not need to be a user of this Service to make a report.
